                Delegates Guthrie and Pushkin move to amend Com Sub for SB10 on page 2, section 1, line 32, by striking out the period and inserting a comma, and the following:

 “or if the women is a victim of incest or the individual is a victim of rape when the rape is reported to a law-enforcement agency.”
